Role Overview

StellaStays Inc is seeking a Jr. Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 0-1 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of GAAP and IFRS and be prepared to contribute to a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily sales invoices using Zoho Books.
Reconcile bank statements and verify OTA payments on a daily basis.
Manage e-commerce settlements and reconcile associated clearing accounts.
Process accounting transactions in compliance with GAAP and IFRS, including IFRS 15, IFRS 16, and IAS 16.
Verify and record monthly expenses, accruals, provisions, and OTA commissions.
Perform reconciliations for related parties.
Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
Lead month-end closings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Undertake additional tasks as required to support financial operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
0-1 years of experience in an accounting role.
Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
