Based in Riyadh, this full-time position is crucial for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential Chinese clients through various sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Communicate with Chinese companies to understand their recruitment and HR service needs.
• Present RAWAJ's recruitment and HR solutions professionally.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, both online and offline.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, or a similar role.

Skills and Attributes

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for sales and business development.
