The Role

Hypemasters is seeking a Junior Community & Support Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals as part of the company's expansion in the region. The associate will work alongside the existing Community & Support Manager to provide player support, engage with the gaming community, and contribute to a positive player experience across the company's games. This role is suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career, with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with player support across various channels including email, app stores, Discord, and social media, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Monitor and respond to App Store and Google Play reviews, escalating recurring issues and relaying player feedback to the team.
• Support the management and engagement of the player community on Discord and social media platforms.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of community activities, events, and content campaigns.
• Help prepare and publish gameplay videos and written updates concerning new releases, events, and game changes.
• Support communication efforts with content creators and community members.
• Track player feedback, support metrics, and community engagement, providing insights to the Community & Support Manager.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the player experience and improve support process efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Community & Support Manager and other internal teams to ensure effective communication of player feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Demonstrated interest in gaming and engaging with player communities.
• Strong written and spoken English language skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• An organized and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Comfortable with recording gameplay footage for updates (no on-camera presence required).
• Familiarity with Discord and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support, community management, or communications is beneficial but not essential.
• An interest in learning about analytics, AI tools, and automation is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with the Community & Support Manager and other internal teams to support Hypemasters' gaming community.
