About the Role

Serajj Marketing Solutions is seeking a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is suited for a results-driven professional with a strong sales-oriented mindset, focusing on client acquisition and building business relationships within the digital marketing sector. The position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales and marketing channels.
Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct sales meetings and presentations to promote the company’s services and convert leads into clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers tailored to clients’ needs.
Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to maximize revenue.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and achieve sales objectives.
Good command of English and proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools are preferred.
