Junior Interior Designer

About the Role

Fame Store is seeking a Junior Interior Designer with a strong design sensibility and excellent client interaction skills to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 0-1 years of experience and combines interior design expertise with sales capabilities, focusing on client engagement and project closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Conduct site visits to accurately measure and assess client spaces.
• Propose suitable design ideas and solutions for various spaces.
• Prepare interior designs and 3D visualizations.
• Select appropriate colors, materials, and finishes.
• Present designs to clients, professionally explaining concepts and material choices.
• Revise designs based on client feedback until final approval.
• Prepare project requirements and coordinate with the pricing department to issue quotations.
• Follow up with clients after sending proposals, working to persuade them and close deals.
• Monitor projects with production and implementation departments after client approval.
• Track client satisfaction throughout project stages.
• Achieve the specified monthly sales target of 150,000 SAR.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Previous experience in interior design.
• Experience in sales or direct client interaction is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max, and rendering software.
• Ability to accurately take on-site measurements.
• Good knowledge of materials, furniture, decor, and finishes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A valid driving license is preferred.

Compensation Structure

This role offers a base salary of 6,000 SAR per month, in addition to a monthly commission on collected sales. The monthly sales target is 150,000 SAR.

Commission System

• Sales less than 100,000 SAR: *
• Sales from 100,000 to 149,999 SAR: 1%
• Sales from 150,000 to 199,999 SAR: *
• Sales of 200,000 SAR or more: 2%
• For clients directly acquired by the employee: commission up to *.
• Commissions are calculated on actually collected amounts and according to company policy.
