Junior Project Manager (MCF/ Data Centers)

About the Role

Haskoning is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join its world-leading data centre design and engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the delivery of complex, mission-critical projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider region. The position is suited for a project management professional interested in developing within large-scale data centre projects and working with international teams as Haskoning expands its Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) presence in KSA.

Role Responsibilities

As a Junior Project Manager within the Mission Critical Facilities Data Centres team, you will support senior project managers in the delivery of multidisciplinary data centre projects. Your responsibilities will span various project phases, from early feasibility and concept design to detailed design, procurement, construction activities, and final project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting senior project managers in the delivery of complex data centre and mission-critical projects.
• Assisting with the coordination of multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.
• Supporting project controls, including planning, cost tracking, risk management, reporting, and change control.
• Helping manage project scope, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder messaging.
• Contributing to client meetings, internal project reviews, and progress reporting.
• Supporting proposals, tenders, fee estimates, and project execution plans.
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and smaller work packages while developing professional project management skills.

This role is part of the global Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) team, which provides multidisciplinary consultancy services to data centre clients, including colocation data centres, internet service providers, and telecom companies. The team comprises specialists in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction, civil, structure, building, architecture, fire safety, control engineering, and security technology. You will work from the Riyadh office, supporting colleagues and clients in KSA, and connecting with international teams and customers across the data centre network.
