About DAR AL OMRAN

DAR AL OMRAN is seeking a Land Surveyor Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to contribute to various construction projects within the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out and supervising land surveying activities to support construction works. This involves ensuring accurate surveying, setting out, and measurement activities throughout all project phases. The role demands expertise in survey equipment, topographic and construction surveying, and close coordination with project engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure works are executed accurately and in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform land surveying, setting out, and leveling activities for construction projects.
  • Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys using modern surveying equipment.
  • Verify site coordinates, elevations, and alignments to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
  • Operate and maintain surveying instruments, including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, Digital Levels, and related equipment.
  • Prepare survey reports, field notes, calculations, and as-built documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve surveying and setting-out issues.
  • Monitor survey accuracy and ensure all measurements comply with project tolerances and quality standards.
  • Assist in quantity measurements and verification of completed works when required.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support during construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in land surveying for construction projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining modern surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and Digital Levels.
  • Strong understanding of topographic, boundary, and construction surveying principles.
  • Ability to prepare accurate survey reports, field notes, calculations, and as-built documentation.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for collaborating with project teams and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and HSE regulations.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working within a dynamic team focused on construction project delivery.
