Role Overview

Assystem Radicon is seeking a Lead Digital Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires over 10 years of experience and involves leading the functional design, configuration, and implementation of application-specific solutions. The role focuses on translating business requirements into practical system configurations and providing expert support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application-specific functional design, configuration, and solution implementation.
• Translate business requirements into workflows, forms, permissions, reports, dashboards, and system configurations.
• Validate product suitability and recommend best-fit configuration approaches aligned with business needs.
• Resolve complex functional issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting and support.
• Define and enforce configuration standards, governance practices, and release acceptance criteria.
• Support testing, release readiness, deployment validation, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Lead end-user, administrator, and super-user training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and operating procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in all highlighted tools and technologies relevant to the responsibilities.
