The Role: Legal Specialist / Lawyer – Tamheer Trainee

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Specialist / Lawyer – Tamheer Trainee, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The trainee will provide support to the legal team, focusing on legal document review and preparation, contract drafting and analysis, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role is structured to offer practical training and professional development within the Tamheer program framework.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing and preparing various legal documents.
Assisting with the drafting and analysis of contracts.
Helping to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Conducting legal research to support ongoing cases and initiatives.
Identifying and tracking legal issues pertinent to shipping, transportation, storage, and customs operations.
Providing basic legal consulting under direct supervision.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate legal processes.
Maintaining organized legal records and documentation.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders to support risk management and informed decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a legal or related field.
Enrollment or eligibility for the Tamheer program.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will join a dynamic legal team within a leading logistics company.
