Stranger Soccer is expanding its global presence and is seeking a License Owner & Operator to launch and grow its operations in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is an entrepreneurial role, distinct from a salaried management position, offering an individual the opportunity to build and operate a local venture. The successful candidate will be responsible for making football more accessible within the Riyadh community, with rewards directly tied to performance and growth.

Stranger Soccer aims to simplify the process of playing football, making it as convenient as going for a jog or visiting the gym. Through its application, players can discover nearby games, book a spot, and participate easily. Founded in Singapore, Stranger Soccer currently operates in over 10 cities and has facilitated more than 100,000 games worldwide. The company's mission is to make playing football effortless, envisioning a world where it is as popular and accessible as watching the sport.

Key Responsibilities

Launch and develop the Stranger Soccer brand and operational presence in Riyadh.
Recruit, train, and manage a local team of 2–3 individuals, supported by Official Hosts.
Secure suitable football venues and ensure regular playing opportunities for the community.
Drive marketing and customer growth initiatives through both digital and local channels.
Oversee daily game operations to deliver an outstanding player experience.
Collaborate closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, leveraging established operational and technology support.

Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.

This is a full-time entrepreneurial role focused on establishing and operating a local business. Compensation is structured with rewards directly tied to the performance and growth achieved within the Riyadh operation.
