Stranger Soccer is seeking a License Owner & Operator to establish and expand its operations in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time opportunity is designed for an entrepreneurial individual passionate about football and community engagement, aiming to make the sport more accessible locally.

Role Context and Scope

This position is distinct from a traditional salaried management role. It offers the chance to build and operate an independent business under the Stranger Soccer brand. The successful candidate will drive the local presence, supported by Stranger Soccer's established operational framework and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand within Jeddah.
• Recruit, train, and manage a local team of 2-3 individuals, supported by Official Hosts.
• Secure suitable football venues and ensure regular playing opportunities.
• Drive marketing and customer acquisition through digital and local initiatives.
• Oversee game operations to deliver a high-quality player experience.
• Collaborate closely with Stranger Soccer HQ, leveraging their operational and technology support.

• Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
