The Role: Lobby Lounge Manager

As the Lobby Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge at The Red Palace. This full-time position requires a leader who can ensure an exceptional guest experience, maintain high standards of service, and contribute to revenue performance. The role combines operational management with active guest engagement, while embodying the Company’s legacy competencies and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor all Lobby Lounge team members, setting performance standards and fostering a positive, guest-focused culture.
• Ensure consistently high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service, prompt handling of feedback, and development of initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, procurement, and cost control, while ensuring proper setup, presentation, and maintenance of the Lounge.
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times.
• Monitor revenue, labor costs, and expenses to ensure profitability, implementing strategies to increase sales through upselling, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management review.
• Plan and execute special events, VIP services, and seasonal promotions, collaborating with other hotel departments for seamless execution.
• Identify skill gaps and organize ongoing training programs, coaching staff to achieve excellence in service standards and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, F&B standards, and local regulations, regularly inspecting lounge areas, equipment, and inventory for quality and safety.
• Provide recommendations for improving guest experience and operational performance, analyzing trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant leadership or management role within luxury hospitality, preferably in a lounge or F&B setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, drive operational excellence, and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Proven track record in financial management, including revenue generation, cost control, and reporting.
