About the Role

Marco is seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for overseeing and optimizing the company's supply chain and logistics operations within the region.

Role Purpose

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for the efficient coordination and monitoring of all supply chain activities, from material procurement to site delivery. This role ensures that all logistics processes align with project requirements, company standards, and regulatory compliance, contributing directly to operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations in conjunction with Head Office Procurement structures.
• Plan and track the shipment of incoming materials according to project requirements.
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure they meet project delivery requirements.
• Manage the warehouse and storekeepers to maintain logs and records of construction materials stock and deliveries to site.
• Ensure accurate goods receiving inspections are carried out to compare goods delivered are in accordance with the product specifications in the purchase agreements.
• Prepare accurate reports for the management team.
• Ensure site stores controller manages site stock in accordance with company standards, keeping accurate records of inspections, receipts, and issues.
• Optimize purchasing and delivery costs by managing site-specific supply chain requirements and consolidating demands on the supply base.
• Establish mitigation actions for behind-schedule or at-risk deliveries and implement with site teams.
• Co-ordinate for inbound material for timely and safe delivery at site, managing marshalling areas and liaising with the Logistics Consultant or Project Consultant, as applicable, to ensure full compliance with project-specific, local government, or other applicable regulations.
• Maintain and issue reports of all site logistics operations.
• Prepare and report with enough notice all operations that might affect, impact, or require prior notice according to site-specific, Client’s, or other regulation or specification.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within a project-driven environment.
