About the Luxury Travel Consultant Role

Ten Group is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. In this full-time, office-based position, you will be responsible for designing world-class luxury travel experiences for high-net-worth Arabic-speaking clients. This role involves acting as a dedicated travel partner, building trusted relationships, and curating bespoke travel solutions across global destinations. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated travel partner for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering personalized and discreet service.
• Design and manage bespoke luxury travel itineraries across global destinations, handling complex requests and changes efficiently.
• Provide professional service in both Arabic and English, demonstrating strong cultural awareness of Middle Eastern norms and travel preferences.
• Advise clients on premium destinations, luxury hotels, private experiences, and halal-friendly travel options.
• Negotiate and manage bookings with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and luxury travel partners, securing VIP benefits and exclusive access.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end member experiences and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate, real-time system updates and booking documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in luxury leisure travel, concierge services, or tour operating.
• Proven experience in creating tailor-made itineraries for high-net-worth clients.
• Strong background in flight-inclusive travel and proficiency with GDS systems (Amadeus preferred).
• Experience in negotiating with premium suppliers and managing complex bookings.
• Desirable certifications include Amadeus, IATA, CTA/CTC, Virtuoso, or other recognized travel industry qualifications.

Work Location and Environment

This position is 100% office-based in Riyadh. Candidates must be willing and able to work full-time from our Riyadh office, as remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
