Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing world-class luxury travel experiences for high-net-worth Arabic-speaking clients. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated travel partner for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized and discreet service.
Act as the single point of contact, fostering trusted, long-term client relationships.
Design and manage bespoke luxury travel itineraries across global destinations.
Handle complex requests, changes, and issues efficiently and discreetly, ensuring accurate system updates and booking documentation.
Deliver professional service in both Arabic and English, demonstrating strong cultural awareness and understanding of Middle Eastern norms and preferences.
Advise clients on premium destinations, luxury hotels, private experiences, and halal-friendly travel options.
Negotiate and manage bookings with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and luxury travel partners to secure VIP benefits and exclusive access.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end member experiences and adherence to regulatory, compliance, and quality standards.
Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and refer Ten's wider lifestyle services.

Candidate Profile and Experience

This role is suited for an experienced luxury travel professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate thrives on delivering excellence, possesses strong cultural nuance, and is committed to providing exceptional service to affluent clientele.

Work Location

This position is 100% office-based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be willing and able to work full-time from our Riyadh office, as remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
