Role Overview: Manager Commercial - HHH Category

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager Commercial to lead the commercial strategy for the Home Care, Household, and Hardware (HHH) category. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is central to driving sales growth, profitability, and category development within this product segment. The role focuses on ensuring product availability, enhancing customer value, and optimizing the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the HHH category to achieve sales, margin, and growth objectives.
• Manage category assortment, pricing, promotions, and seasonal plans to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to secure optimal product ranges and competitive commercial terms.
• Lead supplier negotiations, annual trading agreements, joint business plans, and promotional funding initiatives.
• Monitor category performance, including sales, gross margin, market share, stock availability, inventory turnover, and profitability.
• Drive assortment reviews and category optimization initiatives based on customer insights, market trends, and business needs.
• Introduce new products, develop category solutions, and strengthen the overall customer value proposition.

Strategic Collaboration and Market Analysis

The Commercial Manager will collaborate with Supply Chain, Replenishment, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of category plans. This role involves analyzing competitor activities, emerging trends, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities and ensure category plans align with business objectives, customer expectations, and market opportunities.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required for this position.
