Manager PR & Communications

About the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking a Manager - PR & Communications to join the Commercial Division's Marketing function, specifically within the PR & Events unit. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and involves managing PR and communications activities to enhance SEVEN's reputation and brand visibility across its destinations and attractions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved PR and external communication plans for SEVEN's destinations and attractions to strengthen brand visibility and reputation.
• Manage media relations and media monitoring to secure accurate, timely coverage and identify potential reputational issues early.
• Develop corporate communication content and messaging in line with SEVEN's brand guidelines to ensure consistent external narratives.
• Facilitate PR and communication delivery for openings and events, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support successful launches.
• Coordinate outbound sponsorship activations with Marketing and Commercial stakeholders to achieve agreed brand and partnership outcomes.
• Apply effective media and channel selection for campaigns and announcements to reach target audiences.
• Track and report PR and media effectiveness to the Senior Manager - PR & Communications to support informed communication decisions.

Managerial Accountabilities

• Coach and develop PR & Events team members to build capability in PR, media relations, communications, and event delivery.
• Manage work allocation, performance objectives, and reviews within the PR & Events unit to ensure consistent and accountable delivery.
• Implement delegated budget and vendor controls for PR, events, and sponsorship activations to maintain spend within approved limits.
• Apply SEVEN's communication governance, approval, and escalation routines within the unit to protect reputation and mitigate risk.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of total experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
