The Role: Manager Residential Analytics & Insights

Red Sea Global is seeking a Manager Residential Analytics & Insights to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for supporting data-driven decision-making across residential sales, marketing, pricing, and channel performance. The role focuses on comprehensive analysis, reporting, and insight generation, transforming sales and CRM data into clear, actionable intelligence that improves sales performance, forecast accuracy, and commercial outcomes for the residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards on residential sales performance and pipeline health.
• Analyze the residential sales funnel, including leads, meetings, site visits, and conversions, to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Track performance by project, product type, broker/channel, and buyer segment.
• Conduct desktop research and benchmarking on comparable residential projects, destinations, pricing, and sales velocity.
• Monitor market trends, buyer behavior, competitor activity, and channel strategies across relevant regional and international markets.
• Support pricing, absorption, and inventory performance analysis using both internal data and external benchmarks.
• Translate analytics and research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready analysis, benchmarking summaries, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 3 to 6 years of specific experience in management, analytics, research, business intelligence, or commercial performance roles.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Strong capability in desktop research, benchmarking, and comparative market analysis.
• Proven ability to translate data and research into clear, actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience working with CRM systems, sales data, or performance dashboards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Manager Residential Analytics & Insights will operate within a dynamic environment, contributing to strategic decision-making for Red Sea Global's residential portfolio.
