About the Role

OCAAL Group is seeking a Marketing Director to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, managing projects from conception to completion, and overseeing various marketing activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and developing the marketing team as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and plans for clients.
• Manage marketing accounts and projects from planning to execution.
• Oversee social media, content, digital campaigns, and brand activities.
• Coordinate and manage internal teams, freelancers, agencies, and suppliers when needed.
• Build and develop the marketing team as the business grows.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and marketing proposals.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports.
• Ensure consistent quality across marketing activities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should have 5-10 years of experience in a relevant marketing role. This experience should include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing projects, and overseeing various marketing channels.
