About the Role

Pink Camel Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Executive to join a manufacturing company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for an early-career Saudi National marketing professional who is passionate about branding, digital marketing, content creation, and event coordination. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the leadership team to execute marketing campaigns that strengthen the company’s brand, highlight bespoke projects, and support business development across various markets. The salary for this role is between 6,000 and 8,000 SAR per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across all company locations.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, the company website, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Coordinate with regional teams to gather project updates, photography, case studies, and client success stories.
• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Support the creation of brochures, presentations, company profiles, and other marketing collateral.
• Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare basic campaign reports.
• Assist in organising exhibitions, events, product launches, and client presentations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, and printers as required.
• Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience; internships will be considered.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset coupled with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
