About the Opportunity

ERC International Human Resources Consultancies is recruiting for a Marketing Manager - Sportwear on behalf of a leading Fashion Retail Group. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving marketing initiatives within the sportswear segment of the retail market.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies specifically for sportswear brands. This role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing to enhance brand presence, engage consumers, and drive retail performance within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement 360° marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including online content and advertising.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand community and engagement.
• Plan and coordinate brand activations to increase market visibility and consumer interaction.
• Drive retail promotions to support sales objectives and market penetration.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on retail or sportswear.
• Demonstrated experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, social media, brand activations, and retail promotions.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi retail market dynamics and consumer trends.
• Excellent communication skills for effective internal and external stakeholder management.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.

Work Setting and Location

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the successful candidate to be currently residing in Saudi Arabia to ensure immediate operational readiness and market insight.
