About the Role

As a Marketing Manager at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences in Riyadh, you will lead marketing strategies and brand initiatives. This full-time role involves creating impactful campaigns, fostering guest connections, and enhancing the hotel’s presence to deliver memorable experiences before, during, and after every stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and brand initiatives: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, oversee brand positioning, manage promotional activities, and ensure all initiatives align with business objectives and Hilton brand standards.
• Drive commercial performance: Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to create marketing plans that generate demand, increase market share, and support revenue growth across all hotel segments.
• Manage marketing operations and partnerships: Oversee content creation, digital channels, social media, advertising agencies, vendors, and strategic partnerships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead special projects and team collaboration: Manage cross-functional initiatives, analyze campaign performance, identify new opportunities, and provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful execution of departmental and hotel-wide objectives.
