The company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its team. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is designed for a professional with 0-1 years of experience in marketing.

Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will lead marketing operations across Perfect Dish's portfolio of brands. This involves managing multiple brand accounts concurrently, planning content, executing campaigns, and driving brand growth. The role requires a deep understanding of each brand's distinct identity to ensure effective representation and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts for assigned brands on a daily basis.
• Plan and execute weekly content calendars independently for each brand.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and freelance creators as required.
• Oversee product launch campaigns from initial concept through execution and measurement.
• Provide marketing support for new brand launches during their opening months.
• Maintain and grow existing brand followings and engagement levels.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Coordinate with influencers and food bloggers for product features and collaborations.
• Track and report weekly performance metrics for each brand.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations team on new product launches and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a marketing role.
• A deep understanding of the Saudi F&B market.
• Strong visual instincts and an ability to discern effective brand aesthetics.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple brand voices and identities simultaneously.
• Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns from concept development to publishing and performance measurement.
• Ability to adapt quickly between different brand personalities, target audiences, timelines, and campaign objectives.
