About the Role

مؤسسة الطبق المثالي لتقديم الوجبات is seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to lead marketing operations across its diverse brand portfolio. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, requires a proactive individual to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously, driving content planning, campaign execution, and overall brand growth.

Role Context

This is an active and immersive role where the Marketing Specialist will deeply engage with each brand's distinct identity. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding, defending, and growing these brands, moving beyond passive content posting to strategic brand development and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts for all assigned brands on a daily basis.
  • Plan and execute weekly content calendars for each brand independently.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and freelance creators as required.
  • Oversee product launch campaigns from concept development through content creation, execution, and performance measurement.
  • Provide marketing support for new brand launches during their initial opening months.
  • Maintain and grow existing brand followings and engagement metrics.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms and TikTok.
  • Coordinate with influencers and food bloggers for product features and collaborations.
  • Track and report weekly performance metrics for each brand.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations team on new product launches and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience, with a preference for candidates having 2-5 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience in the F&B, café, or lifestyle brand sectors within Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated ability to personally execute marketing campaigns from initial concept to publishing and subsequent measurement.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Proficiency and active engagement with Instagram and TikTok platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi F&B market landscape.
  • Strong visual instincts for content creation and brand representation.
  • Ability to manage multiple brand voices and identities effectively without confusion.
  • Capacity to switch between different brand voices, timelines, and campaigns seamlessly.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to effectively manage brand operations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
