About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, is seeking a Marketplace Coordination professional. This full-time role involves supporting the management and execution of various marketplace activities, marketing awards, and customer happiness initiatives. The position also focuses on process development within a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead marketplace meetings and coordinate activities across various teams.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of action items.
Manage and execute marketing awards, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
Coordinate customer happiness initiatives and ensure all requirements are met on schedule.
Prepare and coordinate necessary materials, timelines, and operational activities.
Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes for marketplace operations.
Monitor process execution and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in marketplace operations and processes.
Support cross-functional teams in the smooth execution of marketplace initiatives.

Required Skills and Attributes

The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination, communication, and time-management skills. This role requires an individual who can work effectively and adapt quickly within a dynamic and fast-paced operational setting.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant professional experience. A background demonstrating strong organizational capabilities is preferred.
