The Role: Merchant Onboarding & Experience Specialist

Keeta is seeking a Merchant Onboarding & Experience Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing and implementing category standards and onboarding processes for flash grocery merchants. The specialist will play a key role in building a new regional business framework within a rapidly growing quick commerce market, owning the end-to-end design and implementation of critical operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve the category structure, product standards, and onboarding governance framework for flash grocery.
• Define category standards, product attributes, information requirements, and market-specific guidelines.
• Design standardized processes, checklists, and quality requirements covering preparation, review, setup, and launch.
• Drive pilot launches for various integration models, priority categories, and merchants, and develop scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with business, Product, Engineering, Data, and regional teams to drive implementation.
• Track onboarding issues, identify rework and efficiency gaps, and drive them to resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to design and implement category standards and onboarding processes end-to-end.
• Experience working across multiple functions and markets to translate business solutions into practical execution.
