Tabby is a leading company in the financial technology sector. We are currently seeking a Merchant Onboarding Executive to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is crucial for expanding our network of SME merchants across dynamic markets.

Role Overview

The Merchant Onboarding Executive will manage the complete merchant onboarding process, from initial application to successful activation. This involves ensuring technical integration and full configuration before merchants go live. The role focuses on operational excellence, merchant success, and contributing to sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire merchant onboarding lifecycle, from application submission to final activation.
• Activate merchants and oversee all backend integration processes required for their services.
• Ensure proper configuration of merchants, including correct access, settings, and dashboards, prior to activation.
• Guide merchants through Tabby's onboarding procedures and provide continuous support throughout their journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Business Development, Risk, Legal, and Product to resolve onboarding challenges.
• Work to improve conversion rates and deliver a high-quality merchant experience.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

This role requires close collaboration with both merchants and various internal stakeholders. The executive will work with Business Development, Risk, Legal, and Product teams to address any onboarding blockers, enhance conversion rates, and ensure an excellent merchant experience.
