About the Role

Love Recruitment International is seeking a Ladies Pilates & Personal Trainer to join a premium wellness team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves delivering high-quality training experiences within a premium setting, focusing on client fitness and wellness goals.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting private and small group sessions, providing personalized programming and coaching. The role requires an individual who is passionate about movement, strength, and overall wellness, committed to supporting clients in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Pilates and personal training sessions to private clients and small groups (5–6 people).
• Lead Reformer Pilates sessions.
• Support clients with strength and conditioning, posture and alignment, mobility and functional movement, and pre & postnatal training.
• Assist clients in achieving general health and wellness goals.
• Create tailored training programs based on individual client needs.
• Maintain a professional, motivating, and welcoming training environment.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term progress.

Compensation and Benefits
