About the Role

Little Kitchen Help, a prestigious private luxury hospitality group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nail Technician. This full-time role involves providing exceptional nail and beauty services within an exclusive luxury environment, catering to a discerning clientele. The salary for this position is negotiable and will be based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services to high standards.
• Perform classic, luxury, and specialized nail treatments according to client preferences.
• Deliver nail shaping, cuticle care, nail preparation, polish application, and finishing.
• Apply high-quality gel, acrylic, extensions, and other professionally trained nail services.
• Create bespoke nail art and designs upon request.
• Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, sanitation, and tool sterilization.
• Recommend appropriate nail care and maintenance based on individual client needs.
• Stay informed on current nail techniques, products, and luxury beauty trends.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and products are maintained to professional standards.
• Provide discreet, personalized, and professional service, particularly for VIP and VVIP clients.
• Maintain a calm, polished, and professional demeanor at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Nail Technician.
• Relevant professional training and recognized nail/beauty qualifications are preferred.
• Strong practical skills in manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylic, extensions, and nail art.
• Experience working in luxury spas, 5-star hotels, premium beauty salons, private residences, or VVIP environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail, precision, and finishing quality.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and professional health and safety standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and a service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to individual client requirements.
• Ability to maintain consistently high standards under time-sensitive requirements.

Practical Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a mandatory practical assessment prior to final selection. This assessment will evaluate the following areas:

• Technical nail skills
• Manicure and pedicure techniques
• Gel/acrylic/extension application (where applicable)

• Nail art and design ability
