Network Solution Architect

About the Role

Hays is seeking an experienced Network Solution Architect to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing, implementing, and supporting advanced networking solutions, with a particular focus on Juniper Session Smart Router (SSR) technology. The architect will work collaboratively with customers, engineering, and product teams to address complex network challenges and deliver robust SD-WAN solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Juniper SSR and SD-WAN solutions.
• Provide expert technical support for complex network issues.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for network problems.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver effective networking solutions.
• Support new feature development and contribute to product improvements.
• Deliver technical training and create comprehensive documentation.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert for Juniper SSR technology.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Networking, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong practical experience with Juniper SSR.
• Proficient knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, and Network Security.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting enterprise networks.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
• Juniper certifications are considered an advantage.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
