About the Role

This full-time position involves providing essential medical care and first aid services to project staff in Riyadh. The role requires a dedicated and experienced nurse to ensure the health and well-being of the on-site team.

Core Responsibilities

The Project Nurse is responsible for delivering immediate medical attention and first aid in response to injuries, fractures, or illnesses that occur on the project site. This includes providing consultations and health guidance to all project personnel, administering necessary treatments, and coordinating referrals to external medical facilities when advanced care is required.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Providing medical consultations and health guidance to all project staff.
• Administering first aid to individuals requiring immediate care.
• Referring cases that necessitate advanced medical attention to appropriate hospitals or clinics.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintaining comprehensive and accurate health records is a critical aspect of this role. The Project Nurse will be responsible for preparing medical reports and ensuring that all medical activities undertaken within the project are properly documented for record-keeping and review purposes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional nursing experience.
• Demonstrated experience working within Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
• Possession of Saudi Commission for Health Specialties approval and accreditation.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role involves working on a project site, requiring the nurse to be readily available to provide medical support to the team.
