The Role of Nurse

The Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients within a home healthcare setting. This full-time position, based in Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, focuses on delivering safe, effective, and compassionate healthcare services. The Nurse assesses patient conditions, implements care plans, administers treatments, and educates patients and caregivers to promote optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions during home visits.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patients with chronic illnesses and post-hospitalization needs.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication administration, and preventive care.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and report concerns to the attending physician.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and visit documentation.
• Provide emotional support and promote patient comfort and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations, including CBAHI standards.
