About the Role

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to enhance independence in daily activities.
• Document assessments, goals, and progress notes in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Nurses, and Physicians.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, safety protocols, and home exercise programs.
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience is required.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
