About the Role

TatwirCo is seeking an Off Plan Sales Consultant to join its sales team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on residential projects licensed by the Ministry of Housing. The ideal candidate will have experience in off-plan sales and the ability to manage client interactions from initial contact through contract finalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and present off-plan projects to potential clients.
• Follow up with clients from the call center and provide detailed explanations of projects and products.
• Receive clients, analyze their needs, and offer suitable real estate solutions.
• Complete sales transactions and finalize contracts through official platforms such as "Sakani" and "Wafi".
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company plans.
• Build sustainable relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate future sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, customer service) to ensure an integrated client experience.
• Update client databases and monitor real estate closing stages.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a preference for experience in off-plan projects.
• Knowledge of the real estate market, sales techniques, and negotiation strategies.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for client relationship management.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and achieve targets.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and involves working as part of a dedicated sales team focused on residential projects. The position is full-time.
