The Role: Operating Partner, Transformation and Value Creation

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves joining an established team of operating partners. The Operating Partner will focus on delivering transformations and unlocking value across complex organizations within the fund's portfolio. This role requires a senior executive with over 10 years of experience in driving significant change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide impactful advice to guide transformation processes across complex organizations in various sectors within the portfolio.
• Deliver credible transformational insights to senior management teams and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Collaborate with other senior operating partners and executive-level professionals to identify and implement growth and transformation initiatives within the existing portfolio.
• Drive performance improvements across large, multi-territory, complex businesses by ensuring the delivery of key transformation initiatives designed and implemented by the team.
