About Breeze Holding Company

Breeze Holding Company is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to join its founding team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on establishing and optimizing operational processes during the company's launch and scaling phases.

The Role of Operational Excellence Lead

The Operational Excellence Lead will be central to the daily frontline activities, responsible for orchestrating seamless service delivery and managing real-time requests. This role involves ensuring the operational engine performs at peak efficiency as the company launches and expands. The successful candidate will contribute to building the foundational operational framework of a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and synchronize daily front-line workflows to ensure flawless execution of services.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service partners, facilitating clear, professional, and timely interactions.
Monitor all stages of the service journey to maintain high standards of excellence and efficiency.
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges and potential bottlenecks with a solution-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications and Skills

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in an operational role.
Demonstrated adaptability and proficiency in managing multiple tasks within fast-paced environments.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various modern collaboration tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

Work Environment
