About the Operations Associate Role

Cenomi Centers is seeking an Operations Associate for its mall operations in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the mall.

Role Overview and Objectives

The Operations Associate is responsible for maintaining tenant satisfaction, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety regulations, and coordinating effectively with various internal and external stakeholders. This role plays a key part in supporting the overall operational efficiency and tenant experience within the mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with mall tenants, ensuring their compliance with Cenomi Centers' established standards.
• Oversee the logging and resolution of all tenant requests and reported issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support to tenants throughout critical processes such as shop fitting, property handover, and evacuation procedures.
• Liaise and coordinate effectively with the leasing department, external contractors, suppliers, and various mall departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of common areas and conduct regular health and safety inspections.
• Monitor and follow up on daily mall operations, undertaking additional tasks as required to support the operations team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related equivalent field.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations and facilities management.
• Demonstrated experience in tenant or customer relationship management, property management, and client engagement.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective communication.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic mall environment, requiring interaction with a diverse range of tenants and stakeholders.
