About the Role

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno Functional Consultant for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves leveraging extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite to support and enhance HRMS functionalities for clients.

Role Context

As a leading IT services and consulting organization, TCS partners with global businesses on their transformation journeys. This role contributes to delivering integrated business and technology solutions through TCS's unique delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently engage with business users to understand and gather requirements.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis to identify system capabilities against business needs.
• Provide ongoing production support for Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
• Communicate effectively within integrated project teams.

Technical Expertise and Duties

• Implement, roll out, and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Learning, Recruitment, and Succession.
• Utilize Oracle E-Business development environment tools such as PL/SQL, Workflow, Form/Screen Personalization, and BI Publisher Reports.
• Configure HR-related setups including Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, Special Information Types, security profiles, users, responsibilities, request sets, and menus.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle ERP, specifically with implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Experience spanning 5 to 10 years in the Oracle EBS HRMS domain.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires close collaboration within project teams.
