Organizational Development Specialist

About the Role

Alqotr is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the company's organizational efficiency and effectiveness through strategic development and implementation of HR and organizational practices. The specialist will work to align organizational structures and processes with the company's strategic objectives.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to design and update organizational and functional structures, conduct job analysis and evaluation, prepare job descriptions, and develop career paths. The role also involves establishing and updating internal policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and effective human resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design new positions and define duties and responsibilities in coordination with relevant departments.
• Review and analyze organizational and functional structures, identifying improvement opportunities and addressing role overlaps.
• Prepare and update job analyses and job description profiles, including duties, responsibilities, qualifications, and competencies.
• Develop job evaluation methodologies, classification systems, and job families, and submit results for approval.
• Design and develop career paths, progression frameworks, and succession plans.
• Prepare and update salary structures, benefits, and compensation frameworks, including governing principles.
• Develop, review, and update Human Resources policies, regulations, and internal bylaws.
• Analyze and improve existing and new Human Resources processes and procedures.
• Design and develop annual performance appraisal models, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor the annual goal-setting process, ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives.
• Prepare periodic reports to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational structures, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and distribute surveys to assess organizational practices, analyze results, and provide recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in organizational development or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in designing organizational structures and job descriptions.
• Proficiency in developing HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating organizational effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to the strategic development of Alqotr's human resources and organizational framework.
