About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Pastry Chef to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing the daily pastry production and contributing to memorable guest experiences. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pastry operations, overseeing the preparation, execution, and presentation of pastries and desserts while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Produce high-quality pastries, including breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, and desserts, following standard recipes for restaurants and banquets.
• Enhance menu offerings by creating and implementing new pastry recipes and seasonal menus.
• Ensure quality and presentation by decorating pastries and cakes with precision and maintaining high presentation standards.
• Manage product inventory, maintaining an adequate supply of prepared products and ensuring proper storage for freshness and quality.
• Inspire and develop the team by supervising and supporting team members, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant pastry role.
• Ability to prepare a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts.
• Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
