About Aventus and the Performance Manager Role

Aventus is seeking an experienced Performance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract role involves designing and delivering interactive performance management workshops for management-level leaders. We are looking for a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience who can contribute immediately.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this position is to facilitate effective performance management practices within client organizations. The Performance Manager will be responsible for equipping management-level leaders with the necessary skills and understanding to implement robust performance appraisal cycles and foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate workshops focused on performance management and the performance appraisal cycle, specifically tailored for a management-level audience.
• Lead practical, interactive sessions covering essential topics such as goal setting, performance evaluation, effective feedback delivery, and cascading performance cycle requirements to direct reports.
• Adapt facilitation style and case studies to suit participants holding people-leadership and managerial responsibilities.
• Coordinate closely with the client's HR project team regarding workshop scheduling, material preparation, and post-workshop evaluation processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A proven track record of 8-10 years in delivering training or workshops to management-level or senior leadership audiences.
• Prior experience with performance cycle or performance appraisal frameworks.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the full duration of the contract.

Work Arrangement and Availability

This is a contract position requiring the Performance Manager to be available immediately or on short notice. The role mandates full-time, on-site presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for the specified contract period.
