About the Role

IQVIA is seeking a PI Support professional to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves completing administrative and fieldwork support for market research initiatives. The position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to develop expertise in market research within a structured environment.

Role Overview

The PI Support role operates under close guidance and supervision, focusing on providing essential support for both ad-hoc and syndicated market research projects. This involves a range of activities from coordinating with various teams to ensuring the quality and timely execution of fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

Develop knowledge in market research methodologies and practices.
Support end-to-end fieldwork activities for both qualitative and quantitative research assignments.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors, including agencies, recruiters, and panel providers.
Track fieldwork progress to ensure adherence to established timelines.
Maintain accurate fieldwork trackers and status reports.
Assist in sourcing and managing vendors for recruitment and data collection processes.
Monitor sample quotas and ensure proper audience targeting for research studies.
Validate respondent profiles against specific study criteria.
Conduct basic data checks to ensure completeness, consistency, and quality.
Provide regular updates on fieldwork status to relevant stakeholders.
Proactively escalate any identified risks or issues.
Document learnings from projects and suggest process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of professional experience.
Ability to work effectively under close guidance or supervision.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal and external parties.
