About the Role

Ninja is seeking a Planning Associate to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for supporting daily planning activities to ensure efficient and reliable last-mile operations.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Planning Associate will focus on analyzing operational data, forecasting demand, and monitoring performance within the last-mile delivery framework. This position involves collaborating with various cross-functional teams to optimize delivery capacity, enhance service levels, and drive overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily last-mile planning and operational execution.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
Monitor key operational KPIs, including delivery success rate, utilization, productivity, and SLA compliance.
Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Workforce Management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in forecasting order volumes and workforce capacity based on demand.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
Maintain accurate operational data to support planning and decision-making processes.
Support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality.
Perform ad hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
