Key Talent Solutions is supporting a leading construction organization in Riyadh with the appointment of an experienced Planning Manager. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in construction planning.

Role Overview

The Planning Manager will be responsible for managing project programs, schedules, progress tracking, and reporting within established construction or contracting companies. This role suits a strong construction planning professional capable of coordinating effectively with various project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and monitor construction programs.
• Track project progress and program performance.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on project status.
• Coordinate effectively with project, construction, and commercial teams.
• Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Planning Manager or Senior Planning Engineer within the construction sector.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Previous experience working on major construction projects.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must either be currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Riyadh for the role. Salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
