About the Role

IC İçtaş İnşaat / IC İctas Construction, a global company with over 50 years of experience in diverse infrastructure projects, is seeking a Planning & Reporting Manager for its road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to oversee planning, scheduling, and reporting activities.

Project Context

The company has a strong track record of successfully completing a wide range of projects, including airports, ports, roads, bridges, and power plants. The Planning & Reporting Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution of a significant road project within the Riyadh region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules for road and bridge works using Primavera P6, establishing baseline schedules for task tracking and milestone achievement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable plans aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics using Primavera P6 and other data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Prepare detailed monthly, weekly, and daily reports for stakeholders, highlighting project status, resource allocation, and potential risks.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address challenges, and adjust recovery schedules as needed.
• Lead the risk management process by identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Over 15 years of experience in infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, and highways.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Planning & Reporting Manager, managing project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting on large-scale infrastructure works.

Required Skills

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office Suite.
• Arabic proficiency is considered a plus.
