IT Pillars is seeking a talented Presales Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to apply their technical expertise in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on providing technical support and solutions to clients, aligning with our specialization in ITIL Consultancy and ITSM Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of IT products and solutions to offer accurate recommendations tailored to client needs.
Engage with clients through discovery calls and meetings to identify and understand their business requirements.
Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Respond to product inquiries and offer expert advice to foster strong client relationships.
Collaborate effectively with the sales team to assess technical feasibility and contribute to proposal development.
Address technical objections and provide necessary support to assist in closing sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a presales, technical support, or similar client-facing role.
Demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly grasp IT products and solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.
Ability to engage professionally with clients and build rapport.

Work Environment and Location
