Role Overview: Presales Engineering Team Leader

As a Presales Engineering Team Leader at Check Point Software in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for building and leading a Sales Engineer team. This full-time role focuses on promoting and selling Check Point solutions. The position requires a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity products, leadership skills, and a proven track record in presales. You will contribute to revenue growth, cultivate customer and partner relationships, and ensure the team meets sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate a team of IT security engineers.
Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Develop and implement effective technical strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and support new business opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and cybersecurity technology.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Representatives, key customers, and partners to understand their needs and tailor cyber solutions.
Ensure a high level of customer and partner satisfaction and retention.
Track and analyze technical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Implement measures to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to the SE Director.
Provide ongoing training and coaching to the team on best practices and effective working techniques.
Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to address them.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Work closely with employees on strategic account planning and MEDDPICC.

Qualifications and Requirements

5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity products (Check Point Products preferred).
Excellent leadership skills.
Proven track record in presales.
Willingness to travel.
