About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Presentation Design Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing dedicated support to the Program Controls Director & Reporting Manager at a leading Project Management Company (PMC). The specialist will focus on creating, formatting, and enhancing presentations and project documentation, ensuring strict adherence to program standards and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will deliver visually compelling and professional materials that support various projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, format, and polish professional presentations that effectively communicate project objectives, milestones, and outcomes, ensuring consistency with established program and brand standards.
• Design and maintain project documentation, including reports, proposals, manuals, and templates, to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to program guidelines.
• Ensure all deliverables align with company and client branding requirements, including logos, typography, color schemes, and overall visual identity.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Director, project managers, and other team members to gather content and translate technical information into visually engaging materials.
• Develop and refine templates and processes for presentations and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency across the program.
• Conduct reviews of materials to ensure accuracy, adherence to standards, and high-quality output before submission or distribution.
• Assist with scheduling, file organization, and administrative tasks related to project communications as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in presentation design, document formatting, or a similar role.
• Previous experience working in a project management or corporate environment is preferred.
