Maaden is seeking a Principal Specialist TechOps Solution to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving technological solutions and ensuring operational excellence within the organization.

Role Summary

The Principal Specialist TechOps Solution is responsible for capturing the Statement of Requirements for new initiatives, troubleshooting current and future operational states, and driving work packages that demonstrate value across quarters. This role involves defining solution plans in collaboration with Platform and Solution Architects, and providing support for business unit delivery, including site-based deployments and ongoing management.

Core Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role include managing the delivery of technical solutions, guiding implementation teams, and supporting various domain and TechOps initiatives. The specialist will ensure that technical solutions are robust, aligned with enterprise standards, and effectively meet business objectives.

Solution Delivery and Team Guidance

• Translate business challenges and site-based evidence into specific solution requirements.
• Identify priority elements for solutioning to meet Business Unit objectives within relevant technology domains.
• Resolve technical and integration issues that impact initiative outcomes.
• Ensure solution designs are scalable, integrated, and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Guide delivery teams, including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists, to ensure correct implementation of solution designs.
• Provide technical direction, clarify design specifications, and oversee quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Verify that implementations meet agreed functional, performance, and quality expectations.

Initiative Support and Strategic Alignment

• Collaborate with Domain Integrators and Business Partners to define initiative scope, success measures, and value hypotheses.
• Ensure initiatives consistently align with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), value outcomes, and strategic priorities.
• Proactively identify and surface technical trade-offs, potential risks, and inter-dependencies.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. The role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a dedicated individual capable of managing complex technical solutions and guiding diverse teams.
