About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Printing & Document Solutions Technical Technician to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves performing technical services for various printing and document management systems, ensuring high reliability and quality service delivery to customers. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Job Objective

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the continuous operation, high reliability, and quality service delivery of multifunction printers (MFPs), production and industrial printing equipment, and document management solutions. This is achieved through comprehensive installation, commissioning, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, configure, and prepare multifunction printers (MFPs), production printing systems, and industrial printing equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and approved maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose technical, electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform repairs and replace defective parts and components in accordance with approved technical procedures.
• Adjust and calibrate equipment, verifying print quality and overall performance after maintenance activities.
• Install and connect equipment to networks and related systems in coordination with IT teams when required.
• Support and operate document management, print management, and device management solutions.
• Monitor and manage technical service requests, prioritize faults, and respond within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Prepare technical reports covering faults, repairs, spare parts used, and equipment condition.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring faults, and provide technical recommendations to reduce recurrence.
• Comply with occupational health and safety procedures and ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and devices.
• Maintain and update equipment, maintenance, and technical service records in approved systems.

Work Environment
